Jennie Lee is a strategist with deep expertise in audience development, brand architecture, insight mining, and trend analysis.

She’s no stranger to new cities. She’s lived in Atlanta, Austin, London, Los Angeles, New York and now Atlanta again.

Her one-way ticket to California came by way of TBWA/Chiat/Day. Working under Georgia Garrett, a legendary TBWA pirate, she built countless pitch decks, social posts, case studies and creative campaigns for disruptors including Airbnb, Gatorade, Nissan and McDonald’s. She was then brought to 72andSunny, where she learned the art of off-site briefings, burger photo ops, and public speaking.

Hungry to experience the New York minute, Jennie Lee moved to New York to join Giant Spoon and swiftly put her ‘ya’lls’ and Austin roots to good use on YETI.

After 25 years, she’s now back to Atlanta. Here she’s leading strategy, project management and client services with Local Industries. This unique consultancy helps companies like Kaiser Permanente, Coca-Cola and Capital One leverage “customer-grade” marketing techniques to drive business transformations. In day-to-day speak that means being the voice of employees and the right-hand partner to company C-suites and HR leaders.

In her free time, JL moonlights as a data scientist through a rigorous Georgia Tech bootcamp. She’s finding the creativity in coding while working with Python, Pandas, MySQL, APIs and more. Her latest exploration is crunching the numbers to determine what factors best predict which companies will successful navigate the ‘return to work’ transition.
